Grocery Shopping:

• Leave a list and I will handle it.
• Put your groceries away as well as check all the expiration dates once per month and clean out the refrigerator.

Meal preparation:

• Basic meal preparation is offered such as washing, chopping, and storing vegetables.
• Portion snacks for easy grab and go and assemble fully cooked meals into containers for freezing or grab and go.

Personal and Social:

• Take you to doctor appointments, hair or nail appointments.
• If you need transportation to and from social engagements, and special events, I am available.
• Transport you to shop for groceries, clothing, shoes, accessories, or gifts.
• Pick up and drop off dry cleaning, go to the pharmacy and the post office.

Provide companionship in the way of friendly conversation, mental stimulation and emotional support.

Airport Shuttle Service:

• Schedule my service to take you to the airport and pick you up.
