These are some of the Property & Home Check Services I offer to ease your mind while you are away. Knowing your home is safe and secure and being cared for makes traveling more fun.

Are you a snowbird? Do you travel frequently?
These are some of the ways I can help you:

  • Packing and unpacking.
  • Helping you close your home for an extended leave.
  • Watering indoor plants.
  • Keep your property free of newspapers, flyers and unwanted advertising.
  • Flush toilets and run faucets.
  • Check for plumbing issues and any maintenance issues inside and outside of the home.
  • Check on contractors such as landscapers, pool maintenance, and exterminators.
  • Check after monsoon storm activity for damage.

Prepare for your return by:

  • Setting the thermostat to the desired temperature.
  • Restock your refrigerator.
  • Place fresh towels and linens out.
  • Water your indoor plants.

After a property and home check, you will receive either an email, text or phone call with an update on your property.

Any other special instructions will be discussed and arranged prior to your arrival.

Acceptable forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Zelle, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash, or Personal Check.  A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
